A 25 year veteran IP trial attorney, David C. Bohrer was previously an equity partner in the international IP litigation department of Morgan Lewis. He has successfully handled trials, appeals and arbitrations in federal and state court cases across the country for renowned high-technology companies. His accomplishments include numerous notable patent and IP jury trial victories as lead trial counsel.

Dave is a graduate of Stanford University and the Northwestern School of Law. He speaks and writes frequently on the advantages of flat fees.

In his spare time, Dave volunteers as the attorney coach of the Los Altos High School Mock Trial team, and recently satisfied both written and fitness requirements for certification as an Advanced AYSO referee for high school level soccer.

Previously a federal judicial clerk to the Honorable Judge Roger Vinson in the Northern District of Florida and a IP litigation associate with Fish & Richardson and Morgan Lewis & Bockius, Michael Warner Kallus has established his own law practice and has been a frequent contributor to the efforts of Dave and CLP to pioneer and shape the next evolution of IP litigation services.

Michael is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, and the University of Virginia School of Law. Michael regularly authors articles and gives presentations on the value to companies of obtaining IP litigation services on a flat fee basis.

In his spare time, Michael serves on the board of directors for the Central American Foundation which provides education aid and assistance in Central America. He was a former varsity water polo player for Cal, remains an avid surfer, and serves as the practice leader of the Potrero Hill Zen Group.
